Thank you for your interest in submitting a Solution to the Power BI Partner Showcase. The Partner Showcase enables the Microsoft sellers to easily demo your solutions and allow customers to discover and try them out.
To submit a solution to the Power BI Solution Showcase:

A Power BI report demonstrating a solution that you could offer to a customer. Here's an example.
A description of your solution and the problem it solves
Once your solution has been reviewed and approved, you’ll need to provide a 2-4 minute YouTube or Vimeo video that explains your solution to customers. Send the URL only to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the name of your solution.
PowerApps/Flow Partner Directory
Thank you for your interest to get listed on the PowerApps Partner Directory. As a listed partner, you can be discovered and contacted by customers in your local market.
To get listed, you must meet the following requirements:
Once your App is approved create a brief YouTube video (2-4 minutes) that explains your solution to customers
Create a PowerApps Solution Showcase profile in Power Platform Partner Portal. This is the information customers will read about the app.
How to log in
Make sure to choose "Log in with a Work or School Account" at the login screen. Use your work email to log in, not a 3rd party email like Hotmail, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
Make sure to log in using the email address your invitation was sent to.
Your email address must be associated with a Microsoft Organization ID. If you use your account to log into a service like PowerApps or Microsoft Flow, you're all set. If you need an Organization ID, you can get one by signing up for a free PowerApps or Microsoft Flow account.
